We invite you to attend—and encourage you to share this opportunity with others in your network.
This training is especially important for those who support or serve older adults, as well as seniors themselves. Depression, isolation, and anxiety are common but often overlooked in this population. With the right tools and compassionate awareness, we can help ensure no one is left to suffer in silence.

Mental Health First Aid teaches that recovery is possible—and that we all have a role in supporting those experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.
This session is completely virtual and can be attended from the comfort of home.
Again, this training is free thanks to Prisma Health, their presenter, and a SAMHSA Grant.
As part of our mission, Walt’s Waltz is scheduling these events throughout South Carolina, and we want you to attend. Whether you are a caregiver, a community leader, a healthcare worker—or a senior wanting to better understand your own mental health—this course is for you.
We also invite organizations to become a Walt’s Waltz Stigma-Free Environment and explore our additional mental health literacy programs.
