Purpose: To provide practitioners with basic knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology and techniques for identifying various dysrhythmias.
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
? Review basic knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology.
? Identify representations of the cardiac cycle on the ECG.
? Describe techniques used for identifying the characteristics of various dysrhythmias.
? Outline measurement and count techniques essential for rhythm interpretation.
Licensed Nurses and Respiratory Therapists
$60 for non-members; No fee for AHEC members

Licensed Therapists: Upstate AHEC is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the South Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center?s Commission on Accreditation.

Upon successful completion of this program, attendees will receive 4 contact hours.

Respiratory Therapists: This program has been approved for 4 hours of continuing education by South Carolina AHEC an approved provider of continuing education for respiratory care practitioners by the SC Board of Medical Examiners
