OBJECTIVE:
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
? Identify different types of difficult personalities.
? Recognize the best way to respond to difficult people.
? Use appropriate behavior when dealing with difficult people.
? Realize the importance of response and attitude toward difficult people.
? Discuss different communication styles.
? Describe the benefits of effective communication.

$40 for non members; No fee for AHEC members
CREDIT
0.2 CEUs, 2 clock hours-AHEC, Non Social Work, Counselors and Therapists, Respiratory Therapists.
This CE activity is approved for 2.4 contact hours for Physical and Occupational Therapists.
Upstate AHEC is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the South Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center?s Commission on Accreditation.
Upon successful completion of this program, attendees will receive 2 contact hours.
