Class Description

This free screening is for individuals age 55 and older concerned about their memory. Screenings typically take 15 - 20 minutes.
Information from the screening is preliminary, educational in structure, (not diagnostic), and is intended to help facilitate a
meaningful discussion between a patient and his/her doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
