OBJECTIVES

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

? Identify factors which have shaped the outlook and behaviors of each of the four generations in the workforce today.

? Describe the management style preferred by each generation.

? Discuss differences in the work ethic of each generation.

? Identify sources of generational conflict in the workplace and develop positive strategies to minimize these conflicts.

$60 for non members; No fee for AHEC members

CREDIT

0.4 CEUs, 4 clock hours for Counselors and Therapists, Non Social Work, Respiratory Therapists.

Upstate AHEC is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the South Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center?s Commission on Accreditation.

Upon successful completion of this program, attendees will receive 4 contact hours.
