Are you caring for or concerned about a loved one with memory loss?

Plan to join us on Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 9:00am to 12:00pm for an educational program hosted by the Alzheimer's Association entitled, ?Memory Loss and Caregiving Issues within the African American Community?. The agenda will include neurologist, Arthur Smith, MD, and a panel discussion to include Medicare, Medicaid, advance directives and resources for families dealing with dementia. Light breakfast will be served, provided by Medi Home Hospice and Hawthorne Inn @ Greenville. There is NO COST for this program. Limited seating.
