Building Better Caregivers is a 6-week workshop (Thursdays-March 6 to April 10 from 9:30 to 12:00) and is designed to help caregivers manage their own physical and emotional health and provide better care to their care partner.
Caregivers will learn about ways to deal with difficult emotions, manage difficult care partner behaviors, communicate with health professionals and others, plan for the future, reduce stress, prioritize self-care, and find /ask for help.
It will take place for 6 weeks on Thursdays from March 6 to April 10 from 9:30 to 12:00 at Trinity Living Center in Salisbury.
The workshop is free, but space is extremely limited. RSVP is Required. If there is a need for respite care during the sessions, please share this information when you register.
