Class Description

Building Better Caregivers is a 6-week workshop (Thursdays-May 8 to June 12 from 2:00 to 4:30) and is designed to help caregivers manage their own physical and emotional health and provide better care to their care partner.
Caregivers will learn about ways to deal with difficult emotions, manage difficult care partner behaviors, communicate with health professionals and others, plan for the future, reduce stress, prioritize self-care, and find /ask for help.

It will take place at:
South Iredell Senior Center
202 N. Church Street
Mooresville, NC 28115

The workshop is free, but space is extremely limited. RSVP is Required.
