Upon completion, participants will be able to:

? Identify 3 or more characteristics of an effective clinical leader
? List the keys to appropriate delegation
? Identify critical thinking skills that are important for a charge nurse
? Outline problem-solving strategies for selected clinical scenarios
? Describe 3 or more ?difficult? behavior patterns and formulate positive approaches for dealing with each.
