Join us during Heart Health Month for a seminar on early heart attack warning signs. Sarah Slone, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CCRN, Watchman Coordinator with Prisma Health Midlands, will discuss warning signs for you to keep an eye on , how to change your life style to include a heart healthy diet and exercise and what to do if you think you're having a heart attack. Our culinary team will be serving a heart healthy dinner and Sarah will be available to answer questions you may have.
