Please join us for the October meeting. Thank you to CenterWell Senior Primary Care at Orchard Park for hosting our meeting. Our program will be presented by Thrive Upstate.
Thrive Upstate, a non-profit organization, is the largest and oldest provider of services to people with disabilities in Greenville County, aged birth through end of life. They currently offer a wide variety of services and supports at low or no cost to families and individuals. Their mission is to provide all people with disabilities and social needs with meaningful services, opportunities, and support, so they may thrive in life, work and play.
