The September Adult Interagency Council will meet on Tuesday, September 17 at 3PM at Pendleton Manor, an assisted living/memory care community, located at 414 Summit Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.

Our guest will be Danielle McFall, Health Extension Agent, Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service. She will provide information on the many “Health Coaches” programs they offer including Health Coaches for Hypertension Control Program and Diabetes self-management program.

Adult Interagency Council is an open group of professionals working with people who are disabled or aged in the Upstate area. The purpose of the group is to learn about resources in the area that will help the people in our community. Professionals working with these groups are invited to attend.
Reservations are not required but appreciated.
