Our next Adult Interagency Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 3:00PM at The Gardens at Eastside, 275 Commonwealth Drive, Greenville, SC 29615. Our host, BJ Burns, will share information about The Gardens (Assisted Living and Memory Care)
Our guest presenter will be attorney Chad Groover (Upstate Elder Law). Chad’s practice specializes in estate planning, long term care and disability planning, special needs trusts, estate administration, and probate litigation, including guardianship and conservatorship. His topic will be “The five year look back and what it means for youâ€.
A reminder that our friends at New Horizon Family Medicine are always appreciative to receive your donations of adult diapers, chucks, good, used medical equipment (wheel chairs, walkers, canes, shower stools, etc.)

Adult Interagency Council is an open group of professionals working with people who are disabled or aged in the Upstate area. The purpose of the group is to learn about resources in the area that will help the people in our community. Professionals working with these groups are invited to attend.
Reservations are not required but appreciated.
