Our next Adult Interagency Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 3:00PM at New Horizion Family Health Services located
at 975 W. Faris Rd, Greenville 29605. Jimmy Wooten will be our host.
The program on National Healthcare Decision Day which is April 16, 2018 and information on advanced directives will be presented by Heather Burton (Wren Hospice).
We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, March 20th at 3:00.
Adult Interagency Council is an open group of professionals working with people who are disabled or aged in the Upstate area. The purpose of the group is to learn about resources in the area that will help the people in our community. Professionals working with these groups are invited to attend.
