The AARP of Spartanburg County in conjunction with The Alzheimer Association and Heartland Hospice will host the Advance Directive Five Wishes Seminar for Spartanburg County and surrounding areas. The Five Wishes Program was approved by the SC Legislation in June 2005 and allows you to plan in advance for how you want to be cared for in case you become ill. This legal document allows you to give direction to your family, your doctor as well as other wishes you may have for your family in advance. The Five Wishes l2 page legal document will be given to those attending to take home and discuss with family. There is no charge for the seminar or the document. ADVANCE REGISTRATION is required.
