The latest info on Advance Directives will be shared by Paula Cargill, LISW-CP, ACSW, Bereavement Coordinator, St. Francis Hospice. This event is co sponsored by Upstate Health Education Consortium, Inc,. The SC Board of Social Work Examiners has approved this program for 1.5 clock hours of continuing (trained) education. Complimentary lunch will be provided by Homewood Residence.
