We are so pleased to bring nationally recognized ageism and ableism activist Ashton Applewhite to campus this fall - the evening of October 25th in McKnight Hall. We in the Gerontology Program at UNC Charlotte strongly believe that we should not overlook ageism when we discuss the intersectional framework. This event is a wonderful opportunity to help others see why this matters.
