Please join us on Monday, October 21st 3:00 to 4:15 for a Support Group for caregivers of those with dementia. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker will facilitate the group. Beverages will be provided along with Care Services for your loved one during our meeting time with advanced notice at NO charge.
