This July, for the 11th year, committed bicyclists will ride from Simpsonville to Charleston. Why? To raise money and awareness to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. Along the way on this 3 day ride, many volunteers provide support including hydration/nutrition stops every 10 - 15 miles.

Here's where you can help. We need donations of supplies to help safely get these riders to their daily destinations. Take a look at the list and let me know what you can commit to donating this year. We won't need the supplies until the week of the Ride (We will have donation drop off on Wednesday, July 10th).

Canned sodas (Coke, Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, and a few diet sodas)
Large cans of Gatorade Power, Skratch Powder, etc (please, no bottles of Gatorade - hard to transport)
Packages of peanut butter crackers
Packages of individual Fig Newtons
Paper Towels
individual size bags of chips, pretzels, cookies, etc
Bug spray
Spray sport sunscreen
Packages of Moist Towelettes
Eyeglass cleaner
Sandwich Bags
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Jars of dill pickles
gallon and quart size zip lock bags
