Join us the first Tuesday of every month at Summit Court Independent Living Cottage 157 from 12-1. Lunch is provided and on-site respite care for your loved one is also available-Please RSVP. We provide an hour of information, support, community resources and help to caregivers and families walking this alzheimer's/dementia journey~YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Whether you provide daily care, participate in decision making or simply care about a person with the disease, our Alzheimer's Association support group is for you. Led by trained facilitators, connect with people walking a similar journey, learn coping skills, stages and symptoms, share and learn in a safe place with us.
