The Pilot Club of Greenwood is sponsoring a Brain Awareness Symposium on "Alzheimer's-How it works. What it does. How we can fight it." The presenter will be Dr. John R. Absher, M.D. Dr. Absher is the Director of Academic Neurology at Greenville Hospital System and Adjunct faculty for the Departments of Neurology and Physiology and Pharmacology at Wake Forest University.

The program is co-sponsored by the Nursing Program at Piedmont Tech.

There is no cost to attend the program.
