Description
The American Lung Association's Better Breathers Clubs are support groups for adults with lung disease. The clubs offer patient-focused, community-based educational opportunities and support to people with chronic lung disease such as COPD, asthma, lung cancer and other chronic lung diseases. If you know of someone who has chronic lung disease, this is a great opportunity for them to connect with other people and to ask a professional questions.
The guest speaker this month is Kelly Hunt, RPh; Pharmacist with Kelly's Pharmacy. He will covering topics such as medications for COPD, how to correctly use inhalers, and the importance of proper antibiotic use.
The meeting is free, and light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to Laurie Merriss at 850-6293.
