Description
The American Lung Association's Better Breathers Clubs are support groups for adults with lung disease. The clubs offer patient-focused, community-based educational opportunities and support to people with chronic lung disease such as COPD, asthma, lung cancer and other chronic lung diseases. If you know of someone who has chronic lung disease, this is a great opportunity for them to connect with other people and to ask a professional questions.
The Better Breathers Club is a monthly meeting at the Easley Library and will have various speakers such as a Respiratory Therapist, Pulmonologist, Pharmacist, etc.
The speaker this month is Tiffany Haney, Regional Director for the American Lung Association in S.C.
The meeting is free, and light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to Laurie Merriss at 850-6293.
