Teams are now being accepted for the 21st Annual Bowl-A-Thon to Strike Out Alzheimer's!

Teams may be sponsored by businesses, groups or individuals, for a minimum of $250 (higher level sponsorships with increased benefits are available). A team is a group of five people who will bowl together at the event and set a personal fundraising goal to support the Alzheimer's Association.

Participants of sponsored teams may register online to begin their fundraising websites, or teams may request a paper registration form.

Funds raised through this event helps support the full mission of the Alzheimer?s Association: to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
