Community Outreach is partnering with AnMed Health Home Care and Hospice of the Upstate to provide an educational and interactive health fair for Caregiver?s in Anderson County. It will be a drop-in that is open to the public, no reservations will be taken.

The Fair will be held on September 18, 2007 from 9:00 ? 11:00am in the PGD Meeting Rooms 1 ? 3 in the Women?s & Children?s Hospital.

The Fair will consist of running demonstrations/teaching and hands-on learning with exercise equipment and medical equipment. Screenings will also be available including the AnMed Health Medical Outreach Van (Cholesterol & Blood pressure) and the Lion?s Club (eye exams).
