Please join the Alzheimer's Association Early-Stage Social Engagement Group at The Upcountry History Museum.

This group is intended for individuals living with early/mid-stage Alzheimer's or other related dementias. They must be okay in a group setting and follow simple instructions. This is a social engagement opportunity without discussion of the disease process.

We meet the 2nd Thursday of every month at the museum...we typically tour one of their traveling exhibits and then have a related activity. This ranges from glazing pottery, painting, making pimento cheese dip, to the possibilities are endless!

At the November meeting, we will tour Katherine Hepburn's stage and screen costumes followed by a screening of "Philadelphia Story."

*free parking in the back of the museum
*popcorn will be served at this meeting
