Please join the Alzheimer's Association, Connections Group for a fun night of shooting some pool and enjoying a slice or two of pizza!

The Crossings at Five Forks will host an evening of fun for the Connections Group!

This is intended for those living with early/mid-stage cognitive impairment and guest...you can play pool or just hang out with friends!
