Please join the Alzheimer's Association's Connections Group for a "PIECE"-ful time!

Thanks to Autumn Leaves Memory Care for hosting us!! We will put some puzzle PIECES together and enjoy some PIECES of pizza! We will laugh! We will listen to some music! We will be a PIECE of something amazing!

This event is for community individuals living with early/mid-stage cognitive impairment and a guest.
