Please join the Alzheimer's Association Connections Group for a Valentine craft. We will make a special one-of-a-kind frame for you to take home. Bring in a old photograph or recent photograph of you and your loved one to put into your creation.

This activity is for people with early/mid-stage dementia and a guest.

Refreshments will be provided by Wren Hospice.
