Nearly 26% of Americans live alone; eating solo can led to poor eating habits. ?Cooking for One? is a fun and educational program offered by Hospice of the Upstate to help educate widows and widowers in preparing healthful meals. Stowe Hoyle, Hospice volunteer along with Gay McLeskey of the Kitchen Emporium will provide a cooking demonstration. Danielle Little, Registered Dietician at AnMed Health Medical Center will share important information about ?Nutrition as We Age?.
