THE CORRECT LOCATION IS WOODLAND PLACE SENIOR LIVING AT 850 JOHN B. WHITE SR. BLVD., SPARTANBURG.

The earlier SPIN mail showed the location as Woodbridge Senior Living at E. Main St. Ext. Spartanburg.
