FOCUS (Fellowship of Communities Uniting Seniors) is a monthly meeting that is dedicated to professionals serving seniors in the Charlotte, NC area. Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Presentation
Kristy’s presentation will share information on how mind body practices help our seniors live better. She will present clinical information and study results. We will also have an experiential session where we will move and breathe together and see how that affects all the layers of our being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic.
