It is better to have a plan, especially if your loved ones aren’t nearby- so you both know what to do from having the right documents in place to how to navigate care and future transitions. Planning takes the crisis out of the scary situation. Offered in partnership with the Columbia Parkinson’s Support Group. Lunch provided!
