National Memory Screening Program - Alzheimer's Foundation of America

Free Memory Screening Virtual and In-Person on Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
This will be by appointment only. Please call 843-471-1360 to schedule an appointment.

This free screening is for individuals age 55 and older concerned about their memory and are interested in research. Screenings typically take 15-20 minutes. Information from the screening is preliminary and education structure (not diagnostic), intended to help facilitate a meaningful discussion between patient and his/her doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
