REMINDER!!

Buncombe Street United Methodist Church welcomes back Teepa Snow, one of the world’s leading advocates and educators for anyone living with dementia, for a free, daylong workshop. Teepa’s philosophy is reflective of her education, work experience, medical research, and first-hand caregiving experiences.

Teepa is on a mission to help others better understand how it feels to be living with dementia. She utilizes her gifts of role-play to demonstrate behavioral states and stages of dementia. If you are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or any other form of dementia, you will leave more educated, touched, moved and empowered by her passion and experience.

If you need an in-home care sitter in order to attend this meeting, learn how to access this service at no cost by calling the Alzheimer’s Association at 800-272-3900.
