Golf Tournament – Alzheimer’s Benefit!!!

Ashley Gardens is hosting our first Golf Tournament to benefit the Walk to End Alzheimer's.
Coffee, donuts and putting contest start at 7:30am. Shot Gun Start @ 8:30am.

-Entry Fee- $75 individuals/$300 Team. Includes 18 holes of golf, Cart, light breakfast, & Full Lunch w/ LIVE Music.
(Price for attending lunch only: $25/per person)
-Hole Sponsorship- $100
-Corporate- $150 includes golf for 1, recognition on banner at clubhouse & sign at tee box.
-Gold- $500 includes 24x36 sign w/ logo, opportunity to staff a booth w/ promotional materials & registration for 4 golfers.
-Beverage Cart- $500 includes sign on cart & all printed material/social media.

Prizes for closest to the pin, putting contest, 1st & 2nd place awards
Bring CASH for Putting Contest, Mulligans, and Raffles

Also accepting donations in the form of canned sodas/water bottles, door and raffle prizes.
