?A Healthy Heart Creates a Healthy Mind? seminar will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 7 from 4-5 p.m. at Rolling Green Village. Carole Mabry, a clinical nutrition manager with Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, will discuss the shape of a balanced diet, the connection between foods and moods and ways to maximize brain power through healthy eating. The seminar is free and open to the public, and is sponsored by Evergreen Place at Rolling Green Village.
