'Tis the season of giving (and receiving)! Join us as we make plans to "adopt" someone in our community for the holidays. We will choose a family or individuals from Angel Tree to spread some holiday cheer. We will also be "gifted" with a presentation about the health benefits of positivity and creating happy habits.

Heart Matters is a monthly online support group for women who have experienced a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke, had surgery related to the heart or are at risk for heart disease.
