The Spartanburg Office of the Alzheimer's Association - SC Chapter will be hosting a free workshop on October 18 for religious leaders in our community.
This workshop will provide information about how to support Alzheimer?s families among congregations, as well as what resources are available in the community. Featuring a panel of religious leaders, moderated by Dr. Kirk H. Neely, pastor of Morningside Baptist Church, as well as a panel of early stage Alzheimer?s individuals and caregivers, facilitated by Nancy Pearce, MSW, author of Inside Alzheimer?s. Materials and light refreshments will be provided.
