?Laughing Matters? comedy lunch will be held on June 30 from 11:30am-1:00pm at Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Join Humorist Mary Ann Frederick and Comedian Frank Hayes for an afternoon of laughs, giveaways and a few surprises! Along with being a fundraiser for Diligent Hands?Gracious Hearts, this comedy lunch is designed to raise awareness of the many hidden benefits from laughing such as improving blood pressure, digestion and mood, as well as boosting the immune system.
