Living With Grief

February 8, 2019Event Time
10:00 am - 12:00 pmDescription
Grief can be chaotic, destroying your connection with what is familiar, routine and comfortable.
It demands that you struggle with your feelings and offers no plans of going away. If you have
difficulty in recognizing the value of grief, you may attempt to avoid the process altogether. This
can prompt others to do the same, helping you avoid the pain of grief. Come and join our event
as Tenelle Jones guides you through surviving, coping and healing with grief and loss. She will also
share thoughts on how to care and support others who are grieving.
Tenelle O. Jones LMFT, LAC, Low Country Pastoral Counseling Center
For the past 21 years, Jones’ professional and personal life have centered around promoting
overall mental, physical and spiritual health of all communities. She remains enthusiastic
about showing others they matter and have a place in this world by implementing counseling,
mentorship, training/education and friendship. Jones believes that as long as she lets her light
shine and remains true to herself, it will give others the courage to do the same.
