Description
Santa Claus is coming to town and he's checking to see what you've been doing nice! Here your opportunity to score some brownie points with Santa. The Upstate Community Case Management Team is sponsoring four Medicare Part D Assistance Forums for seniors in the Spartanburg community. We need volunteers to help seniors with signing up for a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. We have volunteer opprtunities on Dec. 14 at the Spartanburg Main Library, Dec.15 at Spartanburg Tech, Dec. 19 at Wofford College and Dec. 21 at USC Upstate. The forums will run from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
