Description
Please join the Alzheimer's Association - SC Chapter - Spartanburg Area Office in honoring loved ones who have/had dementia by purchasing a special memory box ornament to be placed on the Memory Tree at the annual Memory Tree service. The ornaments, which will be on display throughout the month of December, will assist us in our efforts to increase awareness that Alzheimer's disease affects many of our families and friends and that help is available.
To purchase an ornament ($15) and/or to RSVP to attend the service, please contact us as soon as possible.
