The purpose of the Metrolina Falls Prevention Coalition is to work in collaboration to help adults maintain independence and enhance their quality of life by reducing falls and fall related injuries.

The members of Metrolina Falls Prevention Coalition are a varied group of interested individuals, health professionals and organizations who desire to work on reducing falls by educating older adults about the prevention of falls.

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM (in person or via phone)

Our Falls Prevention Awareness Expo will be held on May 13, 2020 at the Stratford Richardson YMCA. Join us as a vendor or as a attendee!
