Supporting services for families living with Alzheimer’s and dementia

Support services for local families living with Alzheimer's and dementia while hitting the links at Seabrook Island's exclusive Ocean Winds golf course. Ocean Winds is a 6,802-yard, par 72 course that "takes you to the Atlantic Ocean where swirling breezes provide a challenging test of ability." The course was designed by Willard Byrd and recently renovated by Rees Jones.

Tournament Entry: $250 / player

Includes greens fees, cart, Bloody Mary bar, lunch, beverage cart & awards celebration. Space is limited.

• Half-day social care programs for those with dementia that provide much-needed breaks for caregivers

• One-on-on caregiver consultations, education and referrals
