National Healthcare Decisions Day exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of Advance Care Planning--including Healthcare Power of Attorney and Five Wishes.

Spartanburg Regional Hospice will be available to answer questions, offer guidance on having conversations with loved ones and can assist with completing these important documents.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Lunch will be included.
