The Parkinson Association of the Carolinas (PAC) invites you to our EmpowerED: Parkinson's Education & Connection event. This FREE events brings education to local communities across the Carolinas so people with Parkinson's and their care partners can live fully with Parkinson's disease. This is a half-day event that includes education about gait training, the benefits of different types of exercise for Parkinson's, along with Yoga for Parkinson's, and lunch.
