The ARK in partnership with The Palmettos Assisted Living and Memory Care is offering their Powerful Tools for Caregivers educational program starting August 1st and continuing every Wednesday through September 5th from 10am to 11:30am at The Palmettos. This program is designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend who has a chronic illness. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, or friend where ever they live.
This workshop if FREE and you will receive a valuable workshop book for FREE, also. In addition, you will be in the company of others who are experiencing your same struggles.
Class size is limited and registration is required.
