Bridges for End-of-Life invites you to join us for an education workshop all about family caregiving. The goal of this training is to identify the role of a caregiver, why self-identifying as a caregiver is important, and to provide participants with an understanding of the potential impacts care providing has on both the caregiver and care receiver.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Understand the role of a caregiver
2. Identify common challenges of providing care to a loved one
3. Understand potential barriers caregivers face
4. Emerging issues and updates in the field of caregiving
5. Learn about available resources

This workshop is appropriate for both current and future family caregivers, professionals looking to brush up on how to best provide support to those caring for a loved one, and anyone who may want to learn more about what family caregiving entails.
