The Roundtable Breakfast for Professionals is sponsored by Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes and will be held at our Southeast location. Our guest presenter will be Diana Jahries, LBSW, MPH, CDP, Memory Health Social Worker at the Center for Success in Aging, Prisma Health. She will be presenting on “Ambiguous Loss: Navigating- The Care of a Spouse Who Has Alzheimer’s Dementia.” This event is open to social workers, chaplains, nurses, community clergy and anyone who is a professional caregiver. 1 Continuing Education Credit: 1 Social Work Hour (NASW) is offered at no cost.
